- Revenue growth guidance: NephroPlus is targeting 15% to 20% annual revenue growth over the next three to five years, with international revenue currently contributing around 45% and expected to rise. About 80% of this growth will stem from new clinic additions, while 20% will come from utilization improvements.
- Clinic expansion roadmap: The company plans to add 40 to 50 clinics annually in India and 10 to 15 in the Philippines, while targeting entry into one new international market every 12 to 18 months. It recently began operations in Kazakhstan with two acquired clinics and expects the market to break even within a few months.
- Saudi Arabia entry: NephroPlus opened a clinic in Riyadh and formed a 51:49 joint venture with Al Faisaliah Group to bid on government tenders over the next two to four quarters. The market commands session pricing of $250 to $300, roughly ten times higher than India's $22 per session.
- Domestic PPP contracts: The company expanded its public-private partnerships by signing with Tamil Nadu, while choosing not to renew an unviable three-clinic contract in Uttarakhand. Overall, the company maintains a roughly 95% contract renewal rate across its 475 clinics in India.
