- Yarn margin outlook: Current margins and spreads are sustainable as domestic raw cotton prices have reached parity with international levels, removing a multi-year disadvantage for Indian textile players.
- Financial targets and CapEx: The company aims for revenue of over ₹3,800 crore, supported by an incremental ₹300 to ₹400 crore from new capacities coming online in the next 3 to 4 months. Total CapEx across textiles and renewable energy stands at ₹1,350 crore, funded through internal accruals and debt.
- Renewable energy savings: Three-phase renewable power initiatives—including rooftop installations, direct on-balance-sheet CapEx, and equity stakes in a hybrid plant—are expected to generate an annual EBITDA benefit of ₹65 to ₹70 crore.
- Capacity utilization: Spinning capacity is operating at 97.5% to 98% with an expected ramp-up time of 4 to 5 months for new capacity, while fabric capacity is running at 92% and will take 8 to 10 months to fully ramp up.
- Target revenue mix: The ideal sales distribution remains targeted at 60% exports and 40% domestic sales, supported by strong demand following US tariff adjustments and upcoming FTA opportunities.
