OneClick Logistics India Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Rights-issue war chest deployed - The ₹35 cr rights issue closed in March 2026, and ₹18.01 cr was immediately redirected to raise the Indispice Dehydration stake from 50% to 60.01%. That puts nearly all the reallocated capital straight into a revenue-generating food-processing subsidiary, not into a delayed UAE minority bet.
  2. Indispice Dehydration becomes a subsidiary - A 5.01% additional stake was allotted in March 2026, taking OneClick’s holding to 55.01% and converting IDPL from an associate into a consolidated subsidiary. IDPL’s FY25 turnover of ₹15.72 cr now flows into group revenue, roughly one-third the size of the standalone top line.
  3. Cold-chain export gateway - The IDPL acquisition gives OneClick exclusive access to cold-storage warehouses and an export point for agro and processed-food clients. The company can now cross-sell international freight to IDPL’s existing customer base without building its own cold-chain assets.
  4. Oneclick Foods shell ready for branded food play - The wholly owned subsidiary Oneclick Foods was incorporated in January 2026 with objects covering processing, packing, and trading of dry fruits, frozen foods, and health foods. It sits alongside IDPL’s dehydration capacity, giving the group a vehicle to move from pure logistics into higher-margin branded food products.
  5. FY25 standalone earnings step-change - Standalone revenue rose 54% to ₹44.17 cr and PAT more than tripled to ₹2.14 cr, with OPM expanding to 7.34%. The improved margin base means incremental volume from the new subsidiaries drops through at a higher contribution than the legacy freight business did a year ago.
