- Filling and assembly: OneSource's automated isolator line fills 150 to 200 cartridges per minute, producing 50,000 to 55,000 units daily with the capability to scale up to 1.3 lakh units. The facility provides end-to-end assembly across 11 different pen device platforms to support self-administered injectable formats.
- Capacity expansion plans: The company is deploying $100 million in capital expenditure to expand from one manufacturing line to four, including combi-lines for both cartridges and vials. The expanded capacity is fungible across 10 drug-device molecules, covering multiple GLP-1s—such as Semaglutide, Liraglutide, and Tirzepatide—alongside other biologic drugs.
- Global regulatory footprint: The site holds approvals from key international regulators, including the US FDA, European agencies, and Brazil's ANVISA, serving major pharmaceutical clients like Dr. Reddy's and Natco. Beyond India, the company is preparing inventory for anticipated approval in Canada while scaling supplies for markets including Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Turkey.
- Cold-chain logistics infrastructure: All GLP-1 products are maintained strictly between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius throughout manufacturing, assembly, and distribution. Work-in-progress and finished goods move through temperature-controlled transport to a central warehouse holding roughly 7,000 pallets of cold storage.
