Oswal Green Tech Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. OAML stake acquisition - On 22 Aug 2025, Oswal Greentech acquired an additional 4.99% stake in Oswal Agro Mills Ltd for ₹50.91 cr, adding to an existing holding. OAML reported a profit after tax of ₹108.82 cr on total income of ₹173.68 cr in FY25, so the incremental stake brings a proportionate share of that earnings stream onto Oswal Greentech's books.
  2. Centra Greens arbitration award - An arbitration award of ₹97.17 cr was passed in favour of the company on 3 June 2025 against its claim of ₹472.17 cr. Recovery of the awarded amount, even as the company contests the shortfall at the Delhi High Court, would represent a cash inflow roughly 8.5x the company's reported annual EBITDA.
  3. Ludhiana residential sell-down - The promoted Ludhiana residential complex had sold 464 of 538 flats by 31 March 2025. Selling the remaining 74 flats unlocks the final revenue from a largely de-risked project where most units are already offloaded.
  4. Centra Greens unsold inventory - The Centra Greens developer offered its share of 109 unsold flats (229,770 sq. ft.) along with township management and control to the company. Taking over that inventory gives Oswal Greentech a direct sales pipeline in a project where it already has an economic interest.
  5. UAE subsidiary - The company proposed incorporating a UAE subsidiary with an initial investment of AED 4 cr, of which Oswal Greentech will subscribe to 95%. A Gulf entity creates a channel for geographic expansion of the business outside North India.
  6. ICD interest dispute - The company has invoked arbitration for a dispute over interest on inter-corporate deposits, with interest income and current assets understated by ₹21.27 cr as of 30 September 2024. A favourable resolution would release that accrued interest directly into reported earnings.
