- Prayagraj hospital mandate: Park Medi World was awarded a public-private partnership project by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation to build a 550-bed hospital costing ₹200 crore, supported by a ₹76.52 crore government concession. The facility is slated for commissioning by January 2029, with an annual concession fee of ₹18.10 crore escalating at 3% per year.
- Project financial targets: The Prayagraj facility is projected to generate ₹75 crore in revenue with a 6% EBITDA margin in FY30, rising to ₹125 crore at a 12%–14% margin in year two, and ₹250 crore at an 18%–20% margin by year three.
- Bed capacity expansion: The company plans to scale its total network from 3,610 beds to approximately 6,300 beds by January 2029, which includes adding 1,490 beds in the current calendar year, 1,000 beds in FY28, and expanding its footprint in Uttar Pradesh to 1,260 beds.
- Capex and funding: Expansion is estimated at an industry-low capex of ₹35–₹36 lakh per bed and will be funded entirely through internal accruals.
