Plaza Wires Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Baddi unit ramps up - The new Barotiwala, Baddi plant commenced operations in FY25, funded by ₹24.55 crore of IPO proceeds fully utilised as of March 2025. Management states it is taking "diligent efforts to boost the capacity utilization", which directly scales output from a facility located in what it calls "the largest industrial growing state" for wires and cables.
- Pan-India distribution reach - Customer reach expanded to 32 states and union territories as of March 2025, up from 31 states and union territories a year earlier. A wider physical network puts the company's products in front of more dealers, retailers, and government tender desks, supporting revenue growth from the expanded Baddi capacity.
- Export entry - The company began exporting wires and cables to Bhutan in FY25, earning ₹0.97 million in revenue, and is targeting additional international markets in upcoming years. Even small initial orders open a channel that can absorb incremental production without relying solely on domestic price competition.
- Working-capital term loan - A ₹4.82 crore WCTL was signed with Punjab National Bank on 25 June 2026 under the ECLGS 5.0 scheme, 100% guaranteed by NCGTC. The facility funds business operations at a time when revenue is growing 45% year-on-year, helping the company stock inventory and fulfil larger orders without straining existing cash flow.
