Prizor Viztech Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Indigenous Vision SoC - IndieSemic partnership - Prizor signed an MoU with IndieSemic on 12 December 2025 to develop India’s first CCTV-specific Vision SoC, the ISC-S2-PZ, with Prizor holding exclusive global procurement and distribution rights for three years post-validation. Moving from third-party chipsets to an in-house SoC removes the single largest external dependency in the bill of materials, giving Prizor both margin control and a product differentiator no domestic peer can match.
  2. Gandhinagar SMT and moulding plant - A new in-house SMT, housing mould, and laser facility commenced commercial production on 19 May 2025, lifting total capacity to roughly 50 lakh pieces per annum and bringing PCB circuit production in-house. The shift from assembly to full backward integration internalises a cost layer previously paid to third-party PCB suppliers, directly expanding gross margins on the company’s core CCTV volume.
  3. STQC certification and GeM OEM listing - BIS-ER certification through STQC-accredited labs was received in 2026, and the company went live as an OEM on the Government e-Marketplace for CCTV systems on 22 April 2026. With management stating that STQC enforcement has permanently barred non-certified foreign brands, Prizor now has a compliant, sole-source channel into government, banking, and PSU procurement that was previously dominated by uncertified imports.
  4. Dealer network tripling to 11,000+ - The dealer count grew from 5,200 in FY24 to 11,000+ across 21 states and 3,000+ tehsils by FY26, a 45% CAGR. A wider physical sales footprint in tier-2 and tier-3 markets shortens the path to the end customer and raises the revenue ceiling without proportionate fixed-cost addition, since distribution is asset-light.
  5. AI-enabled PRIZOR PLUS series - A dedicated R&D centre is developing the PRIZOR PLUS AI range (3MP-12MP/4K) with facial recognition, ANPR, and behaviour analytics, now fully operational. AI cameras carry materially higher average selling prices than analogue or basic IP cameras, so a shift in mix toward the PLUS series lifts blended realisations and strengthens the brand’s positioning in the faster-growing smart-surveillance segment.
  6. New product diversification - dash cameras, door phones, access control - Four new products were launched at the April 2026 sales meeting: car dash camera, video door phone, pocket camera for BFSI, and access control systems. Each new category opens an adjacent addressable market sold through the same 11,000-dealer network, raising revenue per dealer without requiring a new distribution channel.
  7. Preferential warrant issue - ₹33.8 cr capital infusion - The board allotted 11.6 lakh warrants at ₹291 each on 9 December 2025, with 25% paid upfront and the balance 75% callable within 18 months, primarily to promoters. The incoming equity strengthens the balance sheet ahead of the SoC scale-up and working-capital needs of the expanding dealer network, reducing reliance on debt for growth funding.
