  3. Quintype Technologies Inc. consolidation from October 2025 - An amended stockholders' agreement gives QDL's subsidiary majority board control of QT Inc., triggering consolidation of its financials into QDL effective 1 October 2025. 8. TNM and YKA revenue momentum - The News Minute grew revenue 20.97% to ₹4.5 Cr in FY25, while Youth Ki Awaaz posted 16.70% growth over the previous year. These niche digital media assets are small but growing profitably, adding incremental revenue to the media portfolio.
