RBM Infracon Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- ONGC Nandej production enhancement contract - RBM took over the Nandej oil and gas field ahead of schedule in January 2025 under a 15-year Production Enhancement Contract with ONGC, with total value estimated at ₹3,500 cr based on $70 per barrel. Production has already ramped from 450 to 800 barrels per day, with FY27 revenue expected at ₹35-40 cr at margins higher than the existing EPC business.
- Epitome Industries ₹958 cr refinery EPC - RBM's largest-ever single contract, a ₹957.61 cr refinery project for Epitome Industries, had 50-60% of overall work underway as of March 2026, with civil work near complete and 110 of 130 tanks erected. The run rate is expected to increase to close the contract in the next 1-3 years, providing multi-year revenue visibility from a single client.
- FY27 revenue target of ₹700 cr - Management has committed to a FY27 revenue target of ₹700 cr, up from ₹492 cr in FY26, with FY28 and FY29 targets of ₹900 cr and ₹1,120 cr respectively. The bid pipeline stands at close to ₹3,354 cr across seven to eight segments, and the order book already exceeds ₹700 cr executable over the next year.
- Oman Green Ammonia project and Middle East entry - RBM concluded an order worth 1.3 million Omani Riyals with ACME CleanTech Energy for the Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia project at Duqm and is incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in Oman for infrastructure and oil & gas work. Management expects the Middle East to generate enough maintenance, shutdown, and operations work in the next two years to stretch the company's manpower.
- Semiconductor infrastructure build with Sujog Global - RBM signed an agreement to build the complete infrastructure for a semiconductor project with Sujog Global, a team led by the former CEO of Samsung Asia, with total project cost assumed at ₹2,700 cr. RBM earns revenue from the construction contract itself and holds a 30% equity stake that requires capital contribution only after roughly four years, once 70% of the project is de-risked.
- Mainboard migration to BSE - RBM is migrating from the NSE SME platform to the BSE Main Board, with all documents submitted and migration expected in approximately 20-25 days from the March 2026 call. The move broadens the investor base and triggers quarterly reporting from Q2 FY27, improving disclosure and liquidity.
- Recurring ARC and shutdown maintenance base - RBM holds ongoing Annual Rate Contracts with Nayara Energy, Yara Fertilizers, Reliance Industries, and multiple other clients, recently adding shutdown projects for Yara and Nayara. These contracts provide a steady, repeat revenue stream alongside the lumpy EPC business, with individual orders ranging from ₹1.2 cr to ₹6.2 cr.
- Fixed asset base nearly quintupled in FY26 - Gross block of property, plant and equipment grew from ₹24 cr to ₹113.11 cr in FY26, an addition of almost ₹100 cr in a single year, primarily from land acquisitions in Mumbai and Jamnagar for refinery-related work. The expanded asset base supports larger project execution capacity while total assets rose to ₹673.47 cr against net worth of ₹187.63 cr.
