RSD Finance Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- Alcor Hotel margin expansion - The Alcor Hotel, RSD's 52.55% subsidiary, posted ₹27.26 cr revenue in FY25, down from ₹27.64 cr, with pre-tax profit of ₹8.42 cr. The hotel is the largest single revenue contributor, and even a small occupancy or tariff uptick flows straight to the bottom line.
- Sigma HTS turnaround - Sigma HTS, the heat-treatment step-down, grew revenue 35% to ₹90.15 cr in FY25 and swung to a ₹4.42 cr profit from a ₹70.65 lakh loss. This is the group's biggest revenue line and now adds earnings instead of dragging them.
- Precision Automotive solar scale-up - Precision Automotive, the wholly-owned solar and investment arm, grew revenue 81% to ₹9.15 cr in FY25 with pre-tax profit of ₹3.52 cr. Solar generation income is contracted and recurring, so this growth is repeatable without new market risk.
- Investment portfolio recovery - The consolidated Investment and Financial segment grew revenue to ₹16.99 cr in FY25 from ₹16.32 cr, though standalone fell to ₹7.85 cr from ₹11.35 cr. The portfolio is in large-cap and high-quality securities, so a market uptick directly lifts both revenue and the 0.58 net margin.
- Job Work stability - The Job Work segment held profit at ₹94.87 lakh in FY25 versus ₹1.02 cr prior year on a standalone basis. This is a small but steady cash generator that needs no capex to maintain.
