- Balance sheet cleanup: Sammaan Capital posted an ₹8,101 crore loss and a 92% decline in net interest income to ₹84 crore after fully providing for legacy credit costs. This brings gross and net NPAs to zero, establishing a clean ₹56,000 crore AUM base and a net worth of roughly ₹19,000 crore.
- IHC capital infusion: International Holding Company (IHC) completed a $1 billion investment commitment, with ₹5,600 crore received and ₹3,200 crore due over 18 months, which will increase its stake to approximately 43%. Following the investment, rating agencies upgraded the company's credit rating to AA+, lowering borrowing costs.
- Recoveries and disbursements: Management projects ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 crore in asset recoveries over the next 2–3 years, which will flow directly to net profit. The company is targeting new loan disbursements of ₹30,000 crore in FY27 under strict risk-management guardrails.
- Workforce expansion plans: The company plans to leverage artificial intelligence and expand beyond its current 200 branches. To support growth targets, it aims to scale its workforce from 4,000 employees to roughly 20,000 over the next 4 to 5 years.
