Sampann Utpadan India Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Reclaimed rubber segment turnaround - The reclaimed rubber division swung from a segment loss of ₹64 lakh in FY25 to a profit before tax and interest of ₹1,089 lakh in FY26, on revenue that grew 46% to ₹14,235 lakh. At roughly 92% of total company revenue, restoring profitability in the core segment directly lifts consolidated earnings and validates the pivot away from the legacy wind business.
- 4 MW solar plant cuts power costs - A 4 MW captive solar plant was commissioned on 10 March 2026 at the Vadodara rubber facility, expected to generate 6 million kWh per year and displace grid purchases. With power being a meaningful input cost in rubber reclamation, locking in near-zero marginal-cost electricity widens segment margins from FY27 onward.
- Wind energy divestiture removes a drag - The board approved sale of the wind-mill segment on 24 June 2026 for ₹2.45 crore in cash, with completion expected within six months. The segment contributed just 0.2% of turnover but carried a net worth of ₹43 crore and has posted negative margins for at least six years - exiting it cleans up the balance sheet and stops the cash bleed.
- Export revenue surge - Foreign exchange earnings jumped from ₹31 lakh in FY24 to ₹1,831 lakh in FY25, while imported raw-material costs fell from ₹758 lakh to ₹169 lakh over the same period. A net forex inflow of this scale - roughly 12% of FY26 revenue - diversifies the customer base and improves realisations without a proportionate rise in input costs.
- Preferential warrant issue brings growth capital - Of the 1.05 crore warrants issued at ₹33.90 each, 82 lakh were converted by September 2025, bringing in ₹20.85 crore (the 75% balance payment), with 23 lakh warrants still outstanding. The infusion funds the working-capital needs of a fast-scaling rubber operation and signals promoter and institutional conviction at a price above the regulatory floor.
