- Punjab and MP expansions: Sanathan Textiles plans to expand Punjab capacity from 700 to 900 metric tons per day by Q1 FY28 for ₹180–200 crore, alongside a ₹400-crore Madhya Pradesh cotton plant expected to yield ₹450–460 crore in additional revenue.
- Capex and debt: Total planned capex of ₹550–600 crore will be fully funded through internal accruals without taking on new debt. The company plans to reduce its current ₹1,300 crore net debt by about ₹100 crore per year over the next two years.
- Export growth strategy: Aided by the anticipated duty reduction to zero under the India-EU FTA, the company aims to raise exports to 15%–16% of sales, with the highest growth expected from filament yarn and technical yarns.
