Shri Techtex Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- Export scale-up - Exports rose \~42% to ₹61.13 crore in FY25, reaching 74% of total sales, and management is targeting further expansion in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia through distributor networks and strategic partnerships. At 74% of revenue already, every incremental export order lands directly on a high-margin, PP-non-woven base that generated 27.55% OPM on ₹84 crore of revenue.
- Related-party revenue channel - The company seeks shareholder approval for transactions with Global Polyweave Private Limited up to ₹100 crore, equivalent to 121% of FY25 audited turnover. If executed, this single channel could more than double the topline from the FY25 base of ₹82.67 crore.
- Coated and yarn-based product upgrade - Hot Melt Coating Lamination and PP Multifilament Yarn machinery were commissioned in FY25 and are fully operational, with plans to introduce products offering enhanced durability and moisture resistance. Moving from plain fabric to coated and yarn-based technical textiles raises the value-added content per square metre, which should lift blended realisations and OPM above the current \~27.5% level.
- Solar power cost reduction - Land for a solar plant is acquired and government approvals are underway, with ₹147.64 lakhs of the ₹489.70 lakhs IPO allocation already spent. Once commissioned, self-generated power cuts the energy cost line in a manufacturing process where electricity is a meaningful operating expense, directly expanding OPM.
- Non-core asset monetisation - A commercial property at Dholka, Gujarat, was sold to Aurum Nets Private Limited on 8 April 2026 for ₹6.25 crore. The ₹6.25 crore inflow equals roughly 27% of FY25 EBITDA and arrives as a lump-sum cash injection that can fund the remaining solar capex or working capital without diluting equity.
