SIS Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Aug 2026
- AP Securitas consolidation - SIS closed the ₹71.29 crore acquisition of 51% of A P Securitas in November 2025, adding \~₹1,000 crore annual revenue and consolidating from Q3 FY26. APS runs at 4% EBITDA margin versus SIS's \~5.5%, and management targets closing that gap over 18 months via branch and back-office consolidation - on ₹1,000 crore revenue, each 100 bps of margin convergence adds \~₹10 crore EBITDA.
- Labour Codes formalisation - Rules notified May 2026 are being implemented; management calls it a "strong tailwind," accretive at EBITDA and PAT over coming 3-4 quarters. Minimum wage hikes of 20-47% across Haryana, UP, Karnataka and Telangana pass through to contract pricing automatically, while the shift from 40% to 60-70% organised market share favours large compliant operators like SIS.
- Cash logistics IPO - DRHP is filed for SIS Prosegur, with management expecting to move within FY27 once market conditions align. The largely secondary transaction brings significant proceeds back to the parent to pay down debt and lower interest costs - against ₹1,789 crore debt, even a partial paydown lifts PAT directly.
- International Security margin recovery - Q1 FY27 revenue hit ₹1,981.9 crore, up 31% YoY, with EBITDA margin at 3.5% versus 3.0% a year ago. Management targets returning to the historical 4-4.5% margin band; on FY26 revenue of ₹6,740 crore, each 50 bps of margin gain adds \~₹34 crore EBITDA.
- MSS Defence and event contracts - MSS secured a \~AUD 150 crore Department of Defence contract, its largest ever, doubling defence exposure year-on-year. The 10-year Australian Grand Prix and multi-year Australian Open contracts recur each January-March, contributing \~AUD 20 million per quarter - contracted revenue that repeats annually.
- India Security scale milestone - India Security crossed ₹2,004 crore quarterly revenue in Q1 FY27, up 37.3% YoY, the first time past that mark. With the 6% EBITDA margin target unchanged including APS, each 50 bps of margin improvement on \~₹8,000 crore annualised revenue adds \~₹40 crore EBITDA.
- MSS Security acquisitions - MSS acquired 100% of State Medical Assistance, entering the non-emergency patient transport market across Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. This adds a new service line to Australia's #1 security provider, which already holds over 20% market share.
