- Deleveraging and expansion: The company plans to bring its debt-to-equity ratio below 1 by deploying ₹80 crore of IPO proceeds toward debt repayment, while directing remaining funds into strategic capex for technical products and garmenting.
- Cash flow turnaround: Negative operating cash flows in FY25 and FY26 were driven by working capital absorption in inventory and receivables amid rapid revenue growth, with management targeting positive operating cash flow this year.
- Long-term margin targets: After a 200 bps EBITDA margin compression in FY26 due to upfront scaling costs, management expects margins to stabilize between 16% and 18% for EBITDA and around 7% for PAT.
- Manufacturing and energy: Core manufacturing operations will remain concentrated in Bhilwara while garmenting expands nationwide via an asset-light model; meanwhile, rooftop solar and a cogen turbine currently meet 70–75% of power requirements.
