Swaraj Suiting Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report
as of Jul 2026
- ₹420-crore spinning and advanced-materials expansion - A three-part spinning project (52,512 ring spindles, 5,000 rotors, and a 4,368-spindle Advanced Material Division pilot for defence and infrastructure textiles) is expected to start up by May-July 2027, funded by debt of ₹298 crore and equity/internal accrual of ₹120 crore. This more than triples the company’s own yarn capacity, cutting its largest raw-material cost while opening the high-margin technical-textile segment.
- Non-denim cotton fabric ramp-up - A new cotton process house at Neemuch (18 million metres p.a.) began commercial production in July 2025 and was targeting ₹150 crore of revenue in H2 FY25 alone. At steady state the division carries a revenue potential of ₹250-300 crore, nearly doubling the FY24 topline from a segment that did not exist before.
- Denim capacity step-up to 25 million metres - An additional Indigo Dyeing Range added 7.2 million metres of annual denim capacity, with commercial output from July 2024 and utilisation already at 85% by September 2024. The expanded base lifts denim revenue without further fixed-cost additions, since the line is inside an existing plant.
- Export scale-up with global brand access - Export revenue jumped from ₹3.2 crore in FY24 to ₹22.5 crore in FY25, and management targets 30-40% of revenue from exports, supported by certifications (GOTS, BCI, Oeko-Tex) and active discussions with Walmart, Primark, and ZARA. Export realisations carry 70-100 bps higher margin than domestic sales, so the mix shift expands blended profitability.
- Government subsidy inflows beginning - The company estimates over ₹130-150 crore of total subsidies (capital, interest, and electricity) and began receiving tranches in FY25, with a target of around ₹15 crore for the second half of FY25. These are direct cash and cost offsets that improve reported PAT and cash flow without additional operational effort.
- Main-board migration from SME platform - The company filed its secretarial compliance report in June 2026 for the purpose of moving its equity shares from the NSE SME Emerge platform to the NSE and BSE main board. A main-board listing typically widens the institutional-investor base and can improve trading liquidity and valuation multiples over time.
