- Consolidated growth guidance: TCI is maintaining a full-year top-line and bottom-line growth guidance of 10% to 12% at the consolidated level. By segment, supply chain and shipping are expected to grow 12% to 15%, freight around 10%, rail 10% to 12%, and the cold chain business at 40% plus.
- Fuel cost pass-through: Rising crude and bunker fuel costs are being passed through to customers, though with minor contractual time lags in certain shipping and road segments. The company's multimodal presence across road, rail, and sea allows it to balance and shift cargo when fuel-linked freight rates fluctuate.
- Festive inventory buildup: A widespread inventory buildup is underway across automotive, apparel, retail, and consumer products ahead of the festival season. This inventory push is expected to provide positive operational momentum into the third and fourth quarters.
- Coastal shipping expansion: TCI plans to scale its coastal container fleet capacity from 78,000–80,000 deadweight tonnes to 95,000–100,000 deadweight tonnes over the next 4 to 5 years. Two newly ordered container ships from China are scheduled for delivery in October and December, while older vessels will be gradually phased out.
