- BSNL order execution: Tejas Networks received an LOI worth approximately ₹1,537–1,540 crore via TCS covering 18,000–19,000 BSNL 4G sites, with the entire order slated for execution within 12 months across this and the next financial year.
- Additional site pipeline: A separate order for the remaining 6,000–7,000 sites of the planned 26,000-site expansion will be awarded through ITI with a proportionate contract value.
- Contract scope exclusions: The current order value covers only the supply of 4G upgradable to 5G radio equipment; annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are not included and will be contracted separately after the warranty period.
- Profitability and debt: Management maintained its timeline of achieving positive EBITDA within 12 to 18 months at steady margins, noting that debt of approximately ₹4,300 crore should not rise significantly because inventory has already been procured.
