- Order book expansion: Texmaco's order book exceeded ₹11,200 crore as of September 1, supported by recent wins such as a nearly ₹1,300 crore order from Tsiko Africa. The private and export segments now account for more than 70% of orders, with execution spread over up to 24 months and maintenance extending 10 to 15 years.
- Execution recovery: Following a subdued first quarter where revenue execution stood at ₹750 crore due to industry-wide supply chain challenges, management expects execution to improve from the second quarter with a significant catch-up in the second half of the fiscal year.
- Revenue growth guidance: The company expects full-year top-line growth of approximately 10% to 15%, alongside substantial bottom-line improvement driven by a favorable shift toward higher-value private and export contracts.
- EBITDA margin trajectory: Management is targeting a progression toward mid-to-high-teen EBITDA margins, building on 10.5% in the preceding quarter as rolling stock, electrical infrastructure, and component businesses scale up.
