- Revenue and order book: Transrail achieved 30% revenue growth in FY26 and targets 20% to 22% growth in FY27, supported by an existing order book of approximately ₹16,300 crore split 60% domestic and 40% international.
- EBITDA margin guidance: After posting an 11.9% margin for the full year, the company set a prudent margin guidance of 11% for FY27 to account for energy inflation and supply chain disruptions, with room for upside if market conditions stabilize.
- Order inflow projections: Management is targeting ₹10,000 to ₹11,000 crore in new order inflows for the year, representing 25% growth over last year's ₹8,500 crore, driven largely by domestic and international power transmission and distribution opportunities.
- Capex and debt: The company plans a staggered capex of around ₹200 crore funded entirely through internal accruals for equipment upgrades, with net debt expected to remain stable between ₹225 and ₹250 crore.
- Working capital cycle: Management aims to reduce working capital to below 80 days from the current 81 days, relying on marquee domestic clients and multilateral funding for international projects to mitigate execution and liquidity risks.
