Valiant Laboratories Ltd Forensic Report - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Sep 2026

Valiant Laboratories' record is mixed: a clean five-year cash flow profile and routine revenue recognition sit alongside a material subsidiary that remains unaudited at the standalone level, and a web of promoter-linked related-party transactions that dominate approvals. The most pressing issue is a ₹100 crore corporate guarantee to subsidiary VASPL, which has drawn GST scrutiny and multiple demands.

What to watch

Bottom line: Valiant Laboratories' core operations show a conservative cash conversion profile, but the company's governance and risk picture is dominated by its relationship with subsidiary VASPL. The ₹100 crore corporate guarantee has already triggered multiple GST demands, and the subsidiary's unaudited standalone status, combined with blank related-party annexures and entrenched promoter control, creates significant opacity. The key question is whether the GST disputes expand and whether the subsidiary's capital needs continue to strain the parent's balance sheet.
