Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd Business Overview - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

Venus Pipes & Tubes is a specialist manufacturer that turns stainless steel into high-precision pipes and tubes for industries where failure is not an option - from oil refineries and nuclear plants to data centres and semiconductor fabs. Founded in 2015 in Gujarat and listed in 2022, the company has grown its capacity roughly sevenfold in under a decade by following a single, recurring logic: build the pipe, then integrate backwards to control the raw material, then integrate forwards into the fittings and assemblies that the pipe makes possible. That approach - start with the core product, own the input, then climb the value chain - explains every expansion the company has made and every new market it has entered.

Business segments

A single engine with three deepening layers - a seamless-pipe core that supplies its own raw material, a welded-pipe business that stretches from narrow tubes to giant LSAW pipes, and a forward-integrated fittings and spooling operation that turns both into ready-to-install systems.

1. Seamless pipes and tubes: the high-pressure backbone

These are pipes formed from a single piece of steel with no weld seam, and the company makes its own starting material - hollow mother pipes - so it is insulated from the price swings of buying them from someone else.

2. Welded pipes and tubes: the size-and-scope platform

Formed by rolling and welding stainless steel strip or plate, these pipes span the widest size range in the company’s portfolio - from 6 mm to over 1.4 metres in diameter - and open the door to structural, industrial and large-diameter pipeline markets.

3. Fittings, flanges and pipe spooling: the climb up the value chain

Instead of just selling pipe by the metre, the company now bends, joins and assembles it into ready-to-install components and pre-fabricated modules - capturing more value per tonne and pulling demand through its own pipe capacity.

Manufacturing, quality and go-to-market engine

The factory sits 55 km from Kandla port and 75 km from Mundra port, runs on partly self-generated solar power, and ships to more than 30 countries through a multi-channel network that combines direct sales, stockists and regional marketing representatives - all underpinned by certifications that take years to earn.

Group structure and partners

Venus Pipes & Tubes is a standalone listed company with no subsidiaries or associates, run by a promoter group that blends experience in stainless-steel trading, engineering and finance.
