Vijay Solvex Ltd Growth Catalysts - SOIC x StockScans Report

as of Jul 2026

  1. Edible oils volume-led revenue growth - Standalone edible oils revenue rose from ₹1,81,162 lakhs in FY2025 to ₹2,34,368 lakhs in FY2026, with Q4 FY2026 segment revenue at ₹67,889 lakhs against ₹47,104 lakhs a year earlier. This 29% top-line expansion, with segment profit before tax and finance cost improving from ₹2,600 lakhs to ₹3,319 lakhs, directly lifts the group's dominant earnings stream.
  2. Ceramic division scale-up - Ceramic segment revenue grew from ₹1,911 lakhs in FY2025 to ₹2,255 lakhs in FY2026, while segment result moved from ₹9 lakhs to ₹29 lakhs. Management expects healthy volume and value growth over the next few years, adding a second, albeit small, profit leg outside edible oils.
  3. GST refund of ₹2.23 crore - The Rajasthan High Court on 24 November 2025 allowed the company's writ petition, restoring a ₹2.23 crore refund under the Inverted Duty Structure that had been set aside. Recovery of this amount would flow directly into other income, providing a one-time lift to post-tax earnings.
  4. Energy cost reduction via captive solar - A 30 KW solar power plant is installed at the registered office for captive use, alongside ongoing small capital investments in energy conservation equipment (₹8.82 lakhs in FY2025). Lower energy costs support margin retention in the thin-margin edible oils business, where every basis point of operating leverage matters.
