- Financial performance: In FY26, revenue grew nearly 24% with EBITDA touching close to 500 crore, achieving positive free cash flow and profitability under both Ind AS and IGAAP. The business has transitioned out of survival mode and aims to compound growth without requiring external capital.
- Flex leasing growth: Flexible workspaces became the largest occupier of grade-A commercial real estate for the first time, surpassing IT and ITeS leasing volumes. Operators are increasingly functioning like hospitality management brands that provide an experiential and operational layer over physical real estate.
- GCC and premiumization: Global capability centers (GCCs) have achieved 10% to 12% in operational savings over the past year due to currency dynamics, driving demand for high-end workspace R&D hubs. Enterprise demand has also pushed fit-out spending to upwards of $100 per square foot in select spaces, doubling from previous levels.
- Product and scale: Requirements for managed workspaces have expanded from typical 20,000-square-foot offices up to 300,000-square-foot facilities. To support mature enterprise growth, the company launched Rivet, a design-and-build vertical for clients wanting self-operated custom spaces.
